8 Figs
4 slices of serrano ham
Blue cheese or stilton
Balsamic vinegar
Cut the top of the figs
and cut and x in the middle
roll the ham around the cheese and insert in the x
Bake in an oven tray for 8 minutes
While cooking reduce vinegar
in a frying pan stir slowly with a spatula
until it becomes sirup
Take figs out of the oven and decorate with the vinagre
